When your angry what should you do

I don’t get angry often, but when I do I’m a mad woman I’ve learned to focus on the more positive perspective, I pray through my troubles, trouble, stressing, and etc..I know some people aren’t religious but I do what’s best for me. I think other should find their (calm peak) and every time you get mad use the technique I don’t mean drugs or alcohol. Sometimes I just need space as well and time to myself others can overwhelm you and before you know it your just as exhausted as them.
